Laura is telling Jeff about how she became addicted to nasal spay for 18 months and how it happened because she used it for more than 3 days and that is how it happened. SHe was stupid and didn't read the instructions.
She says that she quit for this and she was trying to beforhand but this made her do it.

Jeff feels like he needs to eat pasta.

Laura says he could just have a coke. She is now trying to remember how to make the stuffed peppers.
