:duno: See what I mean, if he just had to spell the longest word, he really won veto!!! I would love for him to be able to rub that in Russells face :meow: I wonder what the rules were now.

I could be wrong, but I really doubt that the rules would state that the player would have to know the definition of the word they were spelling. If so, defining the word would have been part of the competition, right?

:waves: I posted at CBS and got two responses so far:
I get what you're saying here..and I've looked it up myself..but you get credit for what you SAY you're trying to spell. Chima had "super" spelled correctly and didn't get credit for it either. He lost this one....it's amazing that he lost it to "shotgun"..but that's what happened.
Jeff was trying to spell "technotronics", not "tectronics". He didn't spell either one correctly, either.
By the way, Technotronic was a DJ-dance group in the late 80's. Remember "Pump Up the Jam"? So technotronics is two DJ dancebands!

Okay I just rewatched the show. It did not say that you had to SAY what you spelled. Also it was said if Chima just had spelled super she would have been in the lead. Therefore since Jeff spelled tectronics fully and not any other letters, he did win!
