TARA 3 ep 3 (http://forum.realityfanforum.com/index.php/topic,17575.0.html) was also partially in Saigon (HCMC) last time. They then went to HUE. Interestingly, they went from there to Taiwan.
In this tight budget times, it may make sense for TAR to use some of those same contacts.
So suppose (SPEC) that TAR 15 went Japan>>Taiwan>>VietNam??

Vietnam Should be the third leg AT LEAST. If they left LA on Sunday and arrived in Japan on Sunday (Asia Time) and even if they had to wait outside for a night that would put them in leg 3-4.
Timeline as of now:
Sunday(US Time): Starting Line, Fly to Japan.
Sunday( Asia Time): Arrive in Japan Afternoon.
Monday (Asia Time): Estimated End of First leg (it could also be Sunday night if they finish all task and no hours of operation which I doubt)
Monday Night-Tuesday Early Morning: Start of 2nd leg (if it isn't TBC)
Thursday: Confirmed in Vietnam. Pitstop in Morning.
So they have probably 2 days to complete the 2nd leg and maybe 3rd leg.

I'm thinking of Laos being visited in Leg 2 than Vietnam... Since people there aren't that open to the race yet, could there be possibilities that they landed there and moved to Vietnam on the third leg?
