Here is the combination ferry schedule:
Depart Stockholm 1700 for 15h 55m to Helsinki arrive with one hour time change at 1355.
Depart Helsinki 1430 for 2h 00m to Talinn arrive at 1630.
This could explain some of the behavior of the Poker Players. They landed 6.5 hours behind the other teams if they took the above combination.
I cannot speculate on whether or not they are decoys, but this information helps explain some of their behavior.
