There are 10 teams, and one missing.... According to Harris there will be 11 teams!.

You are really observative, i didn't counted the seats :D You're right, there are 23 seats, 1 for the host and other 22 for the racers.

They look a like, i would secure that it is Toya & Juan, but Juan has its mustache shaved.
