Some people says that the picture belongs to a brazilian couple from The Amazing Race Latinoamerica, while another says that is a couple from The Amazing Race 17.!

I found this on twitter just now and I'm guessing this is TAR: Latin America in Mexico at Veracruz. It's not much on details, so someone would have to contact her for further info if it is wanted.

There's a tiny route Info below the table, so it's definitely a TAR, though having them use laptops on the street screams TARLA to me
EDIT: Yup, it's TARLA, the Route Info is printed on both sides. They do that in TARLA so that one side is in Spanish and the other one is in Portuguese
