Raymond, sadly the answer is no. My DirecTV Access Guide for September has arrived and there is nothing resembling TARLA whatsoever on Sunday Sept. 20, 2009. You have to assume that the programming for Discovery- Latin America and Discovery - U.S. are not the same.
