Regarding the u-turn and the detour. I haven't seen any possible locations listed yet for the task T/V chose. The 2 detours must be relatively close together, if not in the same location. If it is the same way as it was in episode 4 (when A/K were u-turned), the teams complete the task and are given a clue to find the next clue box, with a warning that the u-turn is ahead. They have to find the clue box, which should be next to the U-turn. I really can't see them having the u-turn in the same building as one of the detour choices and have the other detour choice be far away.
So any/all of the teams could be wandering looking for the u-turn NOT because they were u-turned, and NOT because they want to u-turn someone. They all have to find the box to get their next clue.
That said, my official speculation is...T/V u-turn K/J.

I also think Tammy & Victor U-Turn LaKisha & Jen, and Victor's the one who says "No More Mr. Nice Guy." Maybe they think that the other two teams are ahead and that's why they go after the sisters. Or maybe they just realize how good LaKisha & Jen are as runners.

I think season 7 1 episode had 2 titles ..but I'd have to check the archives.
