This building is ALSO called Wenchang Ge!
It's in the Huguang Guild Hall complex, the place where the Chos got lost and found the mysterious "Chinese Special Dish" back in Season 10.
Jaime/Cara are half a (huge Beijing) block away. So they must have finished the Detour at the Guild Hall, took out the Courtesy Of picture wanting to U-Turn someone, but wander around the streets not knowing that Wenchang Ge is right back where they started - in the Guild Hall.
(This means the Summer Palace lead is broken.)
