I think that it might have to do with sending stuff around, probably not duck because if you've been to Beijing, you probably won't see many ducks on the street. For the locations of the Make Up detour could it be in the National Centre for the Performing Arts? It is nearby and it did have Operas there (i know there was one on the 20th for sure but it was a night). So what do you think?

The partners apply make-up to each other.  So...either Margie or Tammy for the title "He made me look like Alice Cooper", but we see no make-up on T&V.  It must be Margie.
