Kisha makes the huge mistake in not trusting Jen. They arrive third, but have to go all the way back to get their stuff. This ensures they get eliminated. Well, maybe. Mark & Michael still have to do the Detour.

Phil: Kisha/Jen, you're the third team to arrive. Tammy/Victor, you are the fourth team to arrive. Kisha/Jen, your travel documents are at the Roadblock. You cannot leave Thailand, so I cannot check you in. You must go back.
