TAR14 EP9: 'Our Parents Will Cry Themselves to Death' (China)
DavidJunior:
I'm right there with you Ashe
They're pretty much the only team that I wouldn't be too upset if they got eliminated next.
I don't think there is a late night bunching point if the Peak of the Luminous Moon is our pitstop
it stayed open until 3am which is enough time for M/M to arrive from guangzhou (i believe they were sighted in guangzhou around 11pm) and complete the tasks and check in (hopefully in last...)
Jobby:
Neobie, if Mark and Michael really gets eliminated this leg, you seriously just made my day and week and probably months. (At least they are the only team remaining that i DO NOT want to see winning) :knuckles:
Neobie:
I think we're getting ahead of ourselves here! Our calculations only suggest that Mark and Michael were at least three hours behind a team, not three hours behind everyone else.
That said, if TPTB designed the leg to be run at a saner hour than 12-3am that the brothers probably did, it's likely more teams made it into Guilin before them.
We'd know more when we see the time gaps on arrival in Phayathai Palace...
Moo:
Why o why must TPTB produce a leg in Guilin in the late evening? We could not see the landscapes then... totally opposite with HK/Macau where the night is young, and they produce day legs there.

Neobie,
Why do you think the 3 hour gap is in Bangkok? I don't agree. It's in arrival to Guilin the following leg and determined by flight
. The gap in Bangkok could be anything, including 1 minute behind the much faster Kisha and Jennifer.
EDITOR'S NOTE - Neobie was right, explained by the 4 hour penalty at the Bangkok pit stop less adjustment for relative flight times from Bangkok to Guilin of one hour.
