Replace you old buffs with the new.
You must come up with a new tribe name,
Design a new tribe flag, and begin the next phase of your adventure.

It might also mean THE "dragon" as in the fierce, which could also be JT. But with Coach's egoistic ways it's probably either those or something funny/ridiculous. lol

Huge news that effects one survivor.... and Jeff does not mention Joe's leg. I assume it will be Joe has to make a choice about leaving the game. Wonder if they will still go to TC if Joe is evacuated.
