I think the rickshaw is a general task because it ends at the PitStop mat.

I do not think TAR has ever had a Detour or Roadblock end directly at the mat.

gator, how about the marathon in novosibirsk or the famous poland roadblock where charla gets to wear a suit of armor, falling down and reaching the castle...

edited to remove the repeat of photos over and over

Gorilla? Gorilla?? Gorilla??? (Thailand)

A first place team finds itself in the penalty box—and their victory in jeopardy hmmm

TEAMS TAKE A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE WHEN THEY RECEIVE A FOOT MASSAGE FROM A LOCAL ELEPHANT, AND THE EXTREME HEAT OF THAILAND CAUSES ONE RACER TO COLLAPSE, ON "THE AMAZING RACE," MARCH 29
"Gorilla? Gorilla?? Gorilla???" (Thailand) - One team finds that time is not of the essence when a shopkeeper hinders their movement, and others discover that a hurried pace doesn't always equal victory, particularly when mistakes can add up to penalties, on THE AMAZING RACE 14, Sunday, March 29 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Phil Keoghan is host.

[*]Based on these two clues, I'm going to guess that Tammy & Victor probably rush to the pitstop, arriving first, but are going to be penalized.  Because of the words "their victory in jeopardy," I assume that whatever team it is will be safe otherwise they would've said "on the brink of elimination" or something like that.

[*]I'm going to take a wild guess that Tammy & Victor and Mel & Mike manage to get to Phuket with a lead over the other teams, which is why the clue only mentions "their victory in jeopardy."

[*]The tiger and the elephant tasks individually seem too easy to be a detour.  They both look like those grab-a-number and wait in line type of tasks, which usually seem to apply to roadblocks.

[*]The rickshaw task makes sense to me as a roadblock.  The spoiler post said that Margie & Luke took "four wrong turns."  If team members were to take turns pulling each other, I don't know if it would be easy to dictate where and when team members could switch.
On an unrelated note, I've noticed some coincidences placement-wise with Tammy & Victor/Mel & Mike/Margie & Luke.

On legs 1-3:
[*]T&V were 2nd --> 1st --> made a mistake (8th)
[*]M&M were 4th --> 2nd --> 1st
[*]M&L were 1st --> 4th --> 4th
On legs 5 & 6:
[*]T&V were 2nd --> 1st
[*]M&M were 4th --> 2nd
[*]M&L were 1st --> 4th
T&V are not going to end up 8th, but it'll be interesting to see if the trend holds, where T&V make a mistake, M&M end up 1st, and M&L end up 4th.

Interesting trends.  I tend to notice those too.  I just usually keep them to myself.   :lol:
Margie doesn't look that bad when they first arrive at the pitstop, so maybe there was a long mat chat.

DavidJunior:
actually, if you look, there seems to be a possible 4 leg trend for each team

for legs 1-4
Margie/Luke 1st ---> 4th ---> 4th ---> 4th
Mel/Mike 4th ---> 2nd ---> 1st ---> 6th
Tammy/Victor ---> 2nd ---> 1st ---> 8th  ---> 3rd

for 5 and 6
Margie/Luke 1st ---> 4th ---> possibly 4th in Phuket and Bangkok?
Mel/Mike 4th ---> 2nd ---> 1st in Phuket? eliminated in Bangkok?
Tammy/Victor 2nd ---> 1st ---> second to last or even last on possible NEL in Phuket? bounce back and finish 3rd in Bangkok?

if this trend keeps up throughout the race, then Mel/Mike will be knocked out in Bangkok
Margie/Luke make it to Beijing
and Tammy/Victor make it to the finals but finish in 3rd

However, I highly doubt that this trend is really going to hold true all the way to the end

Kiwi Jay:
I dont think there is any hope for that!  :lol:
