I will guess that if one occurred, it was during the night on the TransSiberianExpress or on the following day (didn't the weather information we have say November 10th for snow in Novosibirsk?). And maybe it was just the usual hyperbole from Bertram van Munster.

I think November 10 in Novo?
The weather for Nov. 9 was much warmer  2 to 3 degrees C.

I think we'll see the blizzard as teams try to leave Novo - delayed flights etc...
