I can get it. I know mswood has been busy.
TARAsia Fan:
Well, this is why we don't have the ratings:
--- Quote ---Problems at Nielsen over the weekend have caused the delay of overnight ratings for both Sunday, May 4 and Monday, May 5. The delays are also affecting weekly ratings for the week of April 27 to May 3.
Currently there is no word on when the numbers will become available, but we will post stories for both nights as soon as they do.

Networks are mad at Nielsen:
--- Quote ---TV Networks Frustrated By Lengthy Ratings Delay
By Brian Stelter
How many viewers watched “Chuck” on Monday night? It’s not a meaningless question; NBC is deciding in the next two weeks whether to renew the show, and fans have mounted a dramatic campaign to show their support.
But the nation’s television networks have not received the ratings for “Chuck” or for any other show since Saturday. Nielsen Media Research, in the midst of a systems breakdown, has failed to deliver ratings for four days in a row, and the networks are increasingly impatient.
Without the overnight ratings that decide the fates of shows, producers and sometimes executives, the networks are flying blind only days before they make pivotal decisions about next season’s schedules. Imagine running a movie theater without knowing how many tickets are being sold.
Nielsen attributed the delay to unspecified “server issues.” The overnight ratings for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday are delayed, as well as the broader TV rankings for last week.
“Since it’s necessary to release the data in sequence, we must process Sunday’s TV ratings prior to the release of any days this week,” the company said in a statement. “We’re working around the clock to get the TV ratings back on schedule.”
The company told its clients Wednesday morning that it is reviewing “all metered sample data for Sunday, May 3.”
Ratings delays have been a point of frustration between Nielsen and the networks in the past. In Feb. 2008 Nielsen acknowledged the disappointment in its performance and promised to improve. The New York Times’ Bill Carter reported at the time:
--- Quote --- The clients do not have a great deal of sympathy for Nielsen’s problems mainly because they have a lot of money riding on the numbers that Nielsen provides. “There is so much revenue involved, over which we have no quality control,” said Alan Wurtzel, the president of research for NBC. “We don’t just use this data for analytical purposes. This is the currency of the business.”
The television business has about $60 billion a year in advertising revenue that is based on the ratings provided by Nielsen.
The fact that the numbers are frequently delayed is frustrating, executives at several television companies said, because daily meetings and some decisions are based on getting the information when promised.

Separately, Nielsen last week informed TV networks that it had recognized an undercount among users of its people meters, a device for measuring ratings. Members of the Nielsen panel are supposed to press buttons on the people meter when they start and stop watching TV.
Nielsen said “an in-house study showed 8 percent more people were watching TV in Nielsen households than had been measured” by the meters, the Wall Street Journal reported.
The Journal added: “Nielsen says it is continuing its research quarterly and is working on ways of improving people-meter accuracy, including better instruction of participants.”
