Wait - why does it say "Pardon me boy" on the top of the "go to the Transylvania train station" clue?

It's the start of a song called "Chattanooga Choo Choo".

Starts off, "Pardon me, boy? Is that the Chattanooga Choo Choo?"

And in the movie, Young Frankenstein, Gene Wilder asks, "Pardon me, boy. Is this the Transylvania Station?"

It was a play on both.
