I have to make all of my new friends at the Lindy Groove proud by doin it, to it tonite !!!! Can't wait. I will have a lot of friends and supporters in the crowd cheering us on. I think we have a great dance, and Kym did a fantastic job! LET"S DANCE !!!

March 30, 2009
Today is another BIG day for me.
I was tired yesterday, and our routine was in good enough shape that we cut our evening practice short. So yesterday was an early day.
My wife Janet had heard how Julie and I one day stumbled upon, while riding Segways, the Hollywood walk of stars so we took a Segway jaunt a few miles so that Janet would have a chance to see this famous thing that we all hear about. Really, taking a Segway glide in reasonable weather (it was great in L.A. yesterday) does a lot of good for my own soul and happiness.
I awoke fairly early this morning and, despite the importance of the day, I feel like a good airing out so Janet and I are off on another early Segway glide. Possibly we'll go to a 7-11 that has GREAT maple bars. They are soft and moist with lots of good maple. This is so strange because the 7-11's back home all have day-old crusty donuts.
I'm trying to think of any clever or funny idea for the short few-second jumper that we (myself and Karina) do just before walking onto the stage. I'm very weak at coming up with ideas for this. Last week I suggested the relatively dumb idea of Karina slapping my leg or kicking me and I'd go into agony. But she came up with the unbelievably funny idea of her searching for me with her eyes and the camera panning down to me dragging my injured legs to the stage. Hilarious. I'll have to think harder.
OH, I will be busy in my trailer all day trying to get notices like this sent. So please keep the email light. After the show airs (7 PM Pacific time) you are free to email me your feelings and suggestions. But try to keep it to about one email each. The reason I'm opening the door is that it's relatively easy through all of Tuesday. We mostly just wait around the whole time. If I have to dance in a dance-off, it's just a repeat of the dance from the day before. So email me Monday night or Tuesday but try not to email during the week when I have to practice full-time. Thanks.
I'm hoping that the internet organizing, which is taking place on many fronts, gets me enough audience votes to bypass another unpredictable dance-off.
Love to everyone,
Woz

Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks on the ET Stage
Real-life couple and "Dancing with the Stars" team Julianne Hough and Chuck Wicks are on the ET stage -- and interviewing each other!
"When I first saw you, I thought you were hot," Julianne reveals of her first meeting with Chuck. And then she proves he is not Mr. Smooth Moves when she tells him that he talked about catering!
But Chuck is a romantic. He remembers what Julianne was wearing at that first meeting -- a little yellow jacket -- and says, "You are just as beautiful inside as out. That is why I fell in love with you."
The two "Dancing with the Stars" competitors may be together in real life, but taking on the role of teacher and student was a period of adjustment.
Chuck teases her, "You are so hard on me. I want to win this thing and make it to the end, but you are tough."
Chuck says the thing he has learned about her during this time is what a great teacher she is. And Julianne reveals, "I am not as hard on you [as previous partners]. I didn't want to hurt your feelings."
Julianne is busy working on her next album. She says she will have more time to work on this one, and she has begun writing for it. Chuck is touring on weekends in support of his single, "Man of the House."
But Julianne is also involved in a charity project that is close to her heart: building parks so children have a place to play in conjunction with kaboom.org.
"I want to raise money for parks. I love to play," she says. "I want to have somewhere to take my kids [when I have them]."
For more with Julianne and Chuck, tune in to tonight's ET. Then check out "Dancing with the Stars" next Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC when the competition continues.
