The area around the Benson is where the spoiler photos were taken. Most likely where production stayed.
That photo is the Hotel Vintage Plaza. One block south on Broadway, and across the street (422 is the street number).

It was a gimme, lol! Maybe you can help with "Newberg"?

Newberg is a town south and west of Portland. In the middle of wine country. I believe it was discussed early on. There's really nothing else that would apply to.
Nothing in the previews seems to indicate they really went there. The shots in the woods, the bridge, etc. are all in the Gorge.
