Here are the only flights leaving on a Friday available for Muscat to Bangkok with 10 hours or less transit time:

Qatar Airways 171 MCT DOH 0610 0635, connecting with Qatar Airways 610 0800 1830

Etihad Airways 385 MCT AUH 0540 0640, connecting with Etihad Airways 408  0955 1845

There are 28 additional possilbities, but a few take 13 hours and most take 15 or more hours. The only one that provides a sort of efficient early morning arrival is Jet Airways 533/408/62 which has the route MCT COK, COK BOM and BOM BKK, departing Muscat at 1310 arrival 0740+1 after 15.5 hours.
