I was in Manhattan for a friend's birthday party until 75 minutes ago. When we emerged to retrieve a car, it was indeed snowing hard despite weather reports that the snow would not start until midnight. It has stopped snowing in New Jersey on arrival 20 minutes ago, but there is at least 0.5 inches on the ground here. Manhattan is supposed to get more than an inch through 9am. Howevr, for those waiting in line outside of Stitch, there were be a 24 mph wind from the WNW to contend with between 5pm and 9pm. Wind chill will drop to 13 degrees as a result.

Well it was an amazing night and when I recuperate  (sometime in the next century) I may have some more to share...or not! :lol:  to be determined...
