Oh, was that source who spotted Amanda & Kris someone in Germany, Peach? If so, yeah, the picture of Preston & Jennifer was likely from the first leg, while Germany is on the second.

Yeah, no bootlist, but if I had to speculate, based on the info and evidence known and given, I'd say this:

Problem is, are they still in the game, or just decoys?

Just an observation....I don't know if it will help much in pinpointing where this picture was taken but there are what appears to be flag poles behind them and in front of the building they are at. I would suspect not many businesses or buildings have flags poles in front of them.
