There are limits, imposed by low temperatures in early November in most areas of Switzerland, on what outdoor activities would have been appropriate for AR14, episode 2 Nov. 2 and the start of episode 3 Nov. 3. With the special equipment and clothing required for cold-weather sports I don't believe they would have done much of that. It was too late in the year for most warm-weather sports.

Would anyone here have any information as to whether or not TAR14 was filmed in HD? It's probably a long shot, given that HD equipment is probably too difficult to handle while running after teams and such...but a man can hope, right?

Seycheller, we would love to believe you. However, you need to provide concrete evidence, preferrably photos but we will settle for eyewitness reports if photos were not taken, including dates of any AR14 visit to the Seychelles. Since Madagascar and Mauritius have been Amazing Race sites, there is no reason the Seychelles could not be. I'm from Missouri. Show me.
You should know that the race according to reports was heading for Russia from Romania. Also, there may be only one leg between Russia and Phuket. To go from anywhere in Russia to Seychelles to get to Phuket is not exactly probable. The other possibility is going from Phuket to Guilin. Taking a huge detour via the Seychelles is so unlikely it is not worth talking about. However, I hope you have the answers for us.
