Boingo already found the dombira. The hat is a Kalpak (see here and here), but it is worn throughout Central Asia not just KZ. I'm not sure about those small items in front.

If the frat boys get to Kazakhstan, they'll take it.  The question is -- will they get to Kazakhstan or will they be Philiminated in India?
