That place was here all the time in slowhatch's map, just around the corner from mark's family plaza, lol.

Now clearly they are there after the Roadblock because they have the hats...but why? Is this the next morning before the bikes, the U-turn and all that? Or after the bikes?? ???  There is a brass band--is THIS the pitstop and not Monticulo??

I think I searched every plaza but never thought of using "Bolivia", lmao
Well now that thats solved I'm off to buy some Bra's I guess  ;)
