From an interview with Anthony and Stephanie over in the Racers thread where they are talking about Anita and Arthur in Sequesterville,

"Anthony: We couldn’t have asked for a more accepting, warm welcome. I think they were a little more welcoming than we were to the next couple that showed up."

Maybe a hint that the next elimination is a M/F team? :duno:

We have photo evidence of the couples left here as well as eyewitness reports so if spoilers/sightings are right, Marisa/Brooke or Bill/Mark are the next 2 teams to go, the order is for you all to decide.

Well, it means anything, Anthony and Stephanie seemed to have gotten along with Brooke and Marisa, so maybe it is Bill/Mark to be the next to go .... ?

We know from a photo that one of them is really being impacted by the difficulty of breathing at high altitudes. That can almost shut you down wherever you are. It happened to me on an Alp 30-odd years ago and was pretty scary. It would be difficult to overcome that if the race was otherwise close.
