I don't care much about Giovanni one way or the other. Where has he been when the Blue team needed him the 6 prior episodes? We didn't see much of him. Now you could argue that the reason is that he has performed so well that they want to showcase the losers. However, I don't buy that. Gordon Ramsay is quick to highlight top-notch performance because there is so little of it. I don't recall hearing Giovanni in that context before last night. So, do we have an under-the-radar gamesman who has finally decided to blow his cover?
