Jerry is telling Memphis that he remembers everything that has happened in the hosue and that he isnt' going to waiver from his comittment to Memphis and that he is willing to help him out at all cost.
Jerry is laying it on thick to him right now and Memphis is just yessing him.

jerry tells memphis that he wants to talk to him tomorrow about the final comps
jerry tells memphis he is his only game there is no game in here for him if he has questions about things he heard he said
jerry saying that he more or less saved his ass last week there were scenarios that could have made him gone last week, he does not talk to those 2 he wants to help memphis as much as he could hes not going to get into a contest with them and that what scares him is the game changes that dan brings back, will it give him an advantage
memphis sees what hes saying but does not know if it will benefit dan winning does not think they would do that
jerry says maybe he won a vote or maybe someone coming back but the last pov was yesterday
memphis not in the mood now tells jerry they will talk when the time gets closer
