They're talking about how his wife is being taken care of by his daughter nearby.

Jerry talking about giving his grandchildren money when he visits them.
TARAsia Fan:
Jerry now says he's making sure his grandchildren will have money for college when he and his wife die.
TARAsia Fan:
April and Ollie are amazed at Jerry's generosity towards his grandchildren. April says she will try to do the same when she finally has children. She says she wants a soulmate, a best friend.
Jerry says he's more in love with his wife every day even in her incapacitated state. He says everything he does is to keep her from getting depressed.
Michelle walks in and tells the LR crew that she has blogged on the site.
