THE rich are different, alright. Only the rich can get on a reality show these days.

After "The Apprentice," "Simple Life," and proposed new series from billionaires Richard Branson and Mark Cuban, the latest rich twist is on an old show - "I'm a Rich Kid, Get Me Out of Here!"

It will feature a group of "celebutantes" - Paris Hilton-like rich kids who are famous pretty much for being wealthy and fabulous - who must struggle to make it through 10 days in the Australian outback.

ABC has targeted it to air every night for two weeks in early September.

"I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!" was a huge hit in Britian this year and a smaller, but well-received show in the U.S. last summer when B-list stars such as Melissa Rivers and Stuttering John Melendez competed.- Post staff writer
