Jess says that hes trying to hear what "they" are saying because they are seriously talking about them right now and to make sure Libra is the next one to go, put her up and shes gone.

(Earlier he instructed her to talk without moving her lips so no one could read her lips.) He says he can't hear what she's saying because they are talking so loud.
