An interview with Cloris and Corky:
Dancing With the Stars Cloris Leachman Eliminated
How are you feeling?
Cloris: It's doesn't feel right and seems wrong, but it's fair. No, it's very fair. We got far. I had no idea what I was getting into wanting to be on Dancing With the Stars, but I am very pleased and happy.
What was the hardest thing about the show for you?
Cloris: It's been all positive for me. I have a bad knee and this has made me more flexible — it's only all positive and it's been unbelievable.
Corky: Having to say goodbye to Mark the night he left, that was the hardest thing I have ever done. It ripped my heart out. It was bittersweet and I had never felt emotions like that in my life. I saw him as an infant that night.
Cloris: It was like he was cut in two.
Will you be back for the finale?
Cloris: Oh, I don't think that far ahead.
Corky: Well, that is a good idea. I think we should think that far because we don't want to do the last dance we did.
Cloris: I could do it now — now, I am ready to do it [laughs].
Did you learn anything about yourself?
Cloris: I thought I was younger than I am. I thought I could be a better dancer than I apparently was, so I have to look at the film they shot and see what happened because in my mind I was much better.
Are there any more dancing shows in your future, and what's next?
Cloris: Maybe? Mel Brooks called me while I was in the bathtub this morning and asked me to come back to Broadway and take over my role in the musical Young Frankenstein. We'll have to talk about it, but I have to go to Berlin to do Inglorious Bastards for Quentin Tarantino, starring Brad Pitt, then maybe to the musical. And I will be the grand marshal at the Rose Bowl parade this year. That came out of the blue and is completely amazing. I have to ride the parade and throw the coin!
Corky how proud of Cloris are you?
Corky: I am so proud of her. When I first got Cloris, I said one thing: "Believe while all others doubt." We had a great run and she did amazing. We finished with a death-defying lift that I really wanted her to do.
Cloris: It didn't come at the right time or was it as long as it should have been, but...

Exclusive: Second ‘Dancing’ Star’s Health Crisis
“The Insider” breaks news that “Dancing with the Stars” pro Lacey Schwimmer was just diagnosed today with the same condition Julianne Hough suffers from.
Lacey tells “The Insider” exclusively that she learned – just today -- that she too has endometriosis – only after her fellow dancer Julianne Hough was diagnosed with the condition. Lacey tells “The Insider” that she saw a doctor after realizing that she had many of the same symptoms as Julianne, and that she never would have gotten it checked out if it wasn’t for Julianne.
Luckily, Lacey only has the early stage of the condition, and is currently only taking medication for it. She tells us that surgery isn’t necessary at this time.
Julianne underwent surgery related to her endometriosis on Tuesday. She posted the following definition of endometriosis on her Web site: "Endometriosis is the development of uterine-lining tissue outside the uterus on the surfaces of organs in the pelvis or abdomen where they are not supposed to grow. It is a common medical condition found in 5-10 percent of women of reproductive age around the world."
