Someone is talking about knowing people who had beaten gays a while back. I think it is Steven, apparently they would beat them up a lot and then one day they killed one.

Libra is now talking about how they beat up a balck guy in TX.
They think that someone has to be very off to drag someone behind their truck like that.

Steven knews the guys that killed a gay guy in a bar. They didn't know he was gay.
