That's def the Saigon Post Office, that top one is mislabelled because one of the shots says it "has the feel of a train station".

The Saigon Railway Station is located in District 3 of Saigon and was constructed in the early 1930s by the French. The station links to the 2600-kilometre Vietnamese railway system that runs up and down the coast between Hanoi and Saigon.
