Check out the wind. There are some wind between 5:30AM to 5PM.
There's no wind between 5PM - 8:30PM.

11:30AM, Bernie
11:45AM, Henry



12 noon, Ida jumps
12:15PM, Tania jumps

So it's not an equalizer. Ida & Tania are 2 hours behind.
