Hi Alvin! And :welcome:

Yes, we have someone who saw G&T in the airport in Singpore and at that time they were 2 hours ahead of S/V.

You can catch up on page one of this thread!

Alvin06:
Thank you georgiapeach for welcoming me to your thread:)

And thank you Anthonyctf for answering my query.

Will there be an equalizer though at India?

I don't think that knocking Michael McKay or AXN is warranted. They have a product to develop and like any business they need to have cost constraints to stay in business. This is not Amazing Race-U.S. with an audience of 10 million. ARA is the compilation of small audiences in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, Australia and a small part of Indonesia. It's obvious that they don't think they can afford more than a winning team prize of $100,000. It is reasonable that they would want to keep their production costs to a small fraction of that of Amazing Race-U.S..  The production personnel and air travel components are unavoidable and approximately the same as the U.S..  I think that the best tasks are frequently those based on simple things. I don't need to see helicopters. I think the most gripping scenes in any Amazing Race or Amazing Race Asia are when teams have to self-navigate.

Alvin06:
I agree with apskip about the most exciting thing in TAR and TARA being the self-navigation. That shows the teams' skills.
