Speculation on season 13

I think Dallas is the one having a budding romance with someone from another team. The question is who. It could be Sarah or it could be Starr. But it's probably one of those two women. It's most likely Starr because Sarah's dating Terence and because Toni & Dallas seem to be aligned with Nick & Starr, but I'm not 100% certain.
