Great find! Here's a photo taken from a  nearby ferris wheel. Because of the billboards and the buses, I'd nominate one of the fountains near the main entrance. (the way the soundmen are rushing around, it looks like Phil just barely beat the racers to the mat!)

Thanks Slowhatch. So the boats are part of an exhibit?

Slowhatch:
I think so, but I can't find anything that matches our timeline. Here's a calendar from the links that Mrs. Shrek provided. There's a "comprehensive security" exhibit, but it doesn't start until May 11.  ???
