Adam comes out of the DR with a HUGE yell! Ryan jumped up and asked him if he wanted to do sit ups with him.
Shel to the DR griping, Ryan says what Shelia? and Adam comes into the couch room and says I didn't say ANYTHING to her!
Ryan thinks they should have some sort of Bro handshake.
Ryan: She's stupid but not an idiot. Or idiot but not stupid.
Adam: She's been around the block a few times.
Ryan: She probably heard us last night talking.
Adam: I'll calm her down. What can you do, I got you here! Both of us got her here, we could have kicked her out a long time ago. She's realized that now. Do you think she heard me say I threw the comp yesterday. (Wow)
Ryan: No, she doesn't know that Dude.
Adam: It was a scumbag move dude but I had to do it! We would have been battling it out all night dude! You're sitting beautifully right now bro!

Ok.. Ryan is doing situps, first he said 150, now he says 225 dude! (Looked like about 20 to me!)
Ryan: She's freakin now dude! What's she gonna do now, she has to win it!
Adam: She's getting nervous about the comp. No more fallbacks, no more dudes to help ya.
