Season 31 could potentially to be filmed around September/October in order to round the trend for one cycle yearly season.

What about what they did in survivor?? Ya know to get winter legs in finland and switzerland film 31 after 32!

That only happened last year because it was close to cancellation in 29
Just the year before (2015) had two seasons filmed
And a main reason there wasn’t a second race in late 2016 or early 2017 was that 29 hadn’t aired yet and was left on hiatus
I def wouldn’t call that a trend, especially with how quick the turn around was for this season, and with Phil hinting they might try for 2
Besides, if it were to follow the ‘trend’ between 29 and 30, including the exact amount of months between the two, we wouldn’t get a new race filmed until Feb/Mar 2019
I say 31 will be Spring/Summer

And by that I mean youth Africans going around and robbing tourists, including American ones...
So, Gold Coast/Tasmania remains a possibility.
