Editor's note: this post has expanded with a lot of details. New Orleans was totally removed from the wishlist and is replaced with Denver as an alternate city after Hurricane Harvey's aftermath hit Southeastern Texas and portions of Louisiana.

I would replace Vietnam with Cambodia and have two legs in Cambodia, one in Siem Reap where they visit Angkor Wat and one in Phnom Penh.
