TAR obviously can't control this.. but imagine if Team A got the two Express Passes on Leg 1 of TAR 22, and gave it to Team B, who was also a strong team..
and then on this one leg both teams are struggling at, let's say a Roadblock.. and both still have the Express Pass.
Team B completes the Roadblock and make their way to the Pit Stop (ON FOOT!!)
Team A panics that they'll be eliminated so they immediately pull out their Pass and runsssss
*Close footrace*
Team B narrowly escapes elimination and Team A comes in last!
