Sheila rehashs that she told Adam that she has not other options that she was crying that this is really hard that she is trying not to cry again is wearing waterproof mascara and this is stressful.
Sheila says that she told Adam that she owes Ryan for pulling her down
Nat agrees if she wins veto to keep the noms the same that Adam is safe.
Nat says she told Adam that he has her vote
Sheila says that Adam is nervous, scared
Nat just making sure she wasn't being thrown under the bus
Nat going on that Sharon is stirring up stuff that Sheila & Adam are in cahoots
Nat tells Sheila that if she wins HOH next week that she is safe that she has to win for them that the boys are going to come after them.

Ryan saying that Nat lies to your face tells everyone something different, tells Sheila,Sharon, him etc the same thing that she tells him.
Adam- besides the last endurance she has us all beat
Ryan- yeah I know shes the strongest physical threat here shes athletic in shape is strong mentally as in she'd stay up in that glass house for days does not smoke etc

There talking about Adam/Ryan and why would Ryan vote out Adam over Sharon..
Sharon says that everything changes once your on the block you get out your biggest threats
Nat says that no one in sequester on her side is going to listen to James.. not going to listen to anything that comes out of his mouth
Shar: thinks he can convince everyone to vote for Sheila
Nat doesn't think so thinks that James would vote for Adam

Sharon & Nat going over last nights HOH comp
Sharon says that she is from a military family and wasn't going to risk hurting her back because she thought they might have a food comp and that she wanted to be ready to play for POV :funny: , that the longer she stayed up the the more her back would hurt and would have been screwed for POV that she would go up as a pawn anyway.
What worries Nat is that Sharon wins Veto, takes herself down, she goes up and theres a tie vote and Sheila keeps Adam over her
Sharon- why keep Adam over you?
Nat- cahoots with each other then Id be going home then I would get scared
Sharon- what if Ryan & I were on the block together?
Nat- strategically get rid of Ryan ..
Sharon says that everyone is scared of Adam shes not sure
Nat doesnt see why Ryan would not keep Adam
Sharon says that they have to think about taking out their strongest threats that Adam is strong mental, you never know what they are thinking that he can win the next HOH.
Sharon sees Adam winning in the end that James will influence the jury
Nat- who the hell listens to James? if I go to sequester I'm certainly not .. Sheila wont, Matty won't.
Sharon says Matty would vote for Sheila single mom
Nat says no Adam was Mattys boy
Nat says the only one that James can influence Chelsia & Josh that its peoples ultimate decision its about who people want to vote for
