Ryan telling them the doctors orders. Hot/Cold, stretches. The whole muscle and it happened because he isn't using proper technique - he hurt it when he was lifting weights and didn't stay straight.

Beauty tip from Sheila: Use Oil of Olay eye pods. You can find them at Costco or Sam's club. Walmart. Little eye pods. Amazing what they do.
