Nat basically told Shelia that Sharon was scared that Nat was gunning for her. That James said that Adam is gunning for Nat because he knows he can't beat her..

Shelia is surprised but promises not to say anything.

sounds like Nat is keeping most of what they talked about a secret from Shelia
