They are all minus James and Adam are all laughing and having a good time

Sheila is rehashing one of the comps, she should have let Amanda do the running. She couldn't breath, was a cardio event, she says they could have won that thing.
Shel says she isn't going to wash her hair, it might be a messy comp. They keep saying they want to see Nat on slop. :lol:

Adam shows up and they are asking him about cuddling with Nat.
Sharon doesn't want to wash her hair either, might be a dirty one.
