Shel is in the sauna talking to James.  Shel is telling James that when Chel was on the block and Chel got nasty that you were starting stuff with Ryan, Adam and Nat by telling them who I was going to put up.  I don't understand why you would say that when I was trying to help you.

James says that he heard it from her.

Shel says that she was trying to help him and she didn't like what he said to the others and that it then came back to her and it was messing up her game.

I'm confused here by this.

Now they are talking about Nat wanting to BD James.

james - i was trying to explain to natalie that she is the biggest phys threat once he is gone

shel is leaving the sauna. 

james - chel left and went down in a storm she was dragging me down with her

sass:
James is saying that he was trying to end his beef with Ryan because otherwise they would continue to go after one another. Adam is the one he was after because he is the one who put him up and got rid of Chel.

Shel tells him that he will win tomorow.

James says yeah but I have to because if I don't then I am going.

James is now telling Shel that if he goes that nat is the biggest threat and he is filling her in on his convo with Nat last night.  He is saying that JoSharon are still working together and that oen of them needs to go and that is why he wanted to work with Nat and that he is working with them.

Shel is saying that James is a better player than all of them and that she feels like he will win tomorrow.  Shel wasn't trying to play both sides and she doesn't hate him and doesn't understand where all the anger came from.

James says that she was going down and he didn't want to be dragged down with her.

Shel doesn't like how people attack people's character.

James doesn't want to give anymore energy to soemthing that doesn't deserve it.

Shel says that it effected her when she played HOH and James says it upset him too.

Josh is listening inside.

Shel says she didn't want to knock out CHel.
