I did everything possible TL , only quad and feed 4 seem to work so I'll stick with quad, might be my internet?

Josh & Sheila are talking about what Gretchen might be asking Chelsia on the whatsitcalled show.
Sheila says that being on slop is a mind thing that it breaks you down that each time shes been on it has been her time of the month
Josh says what sucks is the waiting part till the doors open and they see whats out there.
Sheila assuring Josh that Nat wants the noms to stay the same.

Josh and Shelia talking in the BR, wondering about Chelsia doing House Calls, Gretchen is a nice girl. Shel says being on slop breaks you down. Josh says he's just going to be quiet and dignified. Not going to say anything, just sit there.
Shel says you won't be protecting him, you'll be protecting yourself. (ye gods she is good at mouthing words..!) She says HE WILL BE NASTIER! (James?)
Talking about last night, Shel says that's why she gets nervous. She thought Chels would attack Nat, not her and others.

feeds flip to the pink room Adam & Ryan
Adam says James is so pissed he picked slop thats why he picked food, Ryan beating hiself up, didn't have time to think. Thought about it when he was inside knew he screwed up.
