They are talking about Chel's exit and Josh doesn't know if they showed Chel whispering in his ear and James ear before she left, he was just trying to get her out the door.

Shel is going on about Chel always talking about her crotch and how she must have been fascinated about it. She doesn't understand why Chel did that.
