Sharon is talking about Jacob and how she was not only deleting him from her life, but also his family and how coming here and goign 3 months without contacting him and his family would be good for her, it was something that she needed. She needed to not depend on other people for reasurance, Shel too, Sharon knew that by being on BB then she could do it herself.
